Hepsia, as opposed to cPanel where there's no Domain Manager at all, arrives with a function-rich, fully featured Domain Manager via which you can register, migrate, control and host unmetered domain names of yours. The downside with Hepsia is the lack of root access to the server, but you will promptly cherish the user-friendliness of Hepsia's drag and drop File Manager as a compensation.

Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia Control Panel is a typical equipment solely in combination with the Debian Linux Operating System and is provided at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unmetered site names in a single hosting user account. This is realizable owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager platform. The other hosting CP devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are available solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you must use 2 autonomous user account logins. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/management solutions. If you opt for Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all offered web hosting Control Panel setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your hostnames in a single hosting user account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel platforms do not provide such opportunity at all - there is no Domain Manager section and as a consequence they call for TWO separate logins: 1 domain administration/billing/support user account and 1 web page management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin CP).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will notice that the Hepsia hosting CP can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated web server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel setups are available solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
